Hello everyone! I am Yi Zhou, now a second-year PhD student in the Department of Computing of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, under the supervision of Prof. Wenqi Fan and Prof. Qing Li. In 2024, I obtained my master’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from Sichuan University, advised by Prof. Min Zhu. In 2021, I received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology from Sichuan University, under the Wu Yuzhang Honors Program.

My primary research interest is AI4Science, concretely using Large Language Models and Graph Machine Learning techniques to solve biomedical problems. Besides, I have been involved in some Data Visualization studies. I would appreciate any opportunity for relevant collaboration.
